RAPID FAST RESPONSE
The first signal sent by your control panel will alert our monitoring personnel at the central station, who will call to notify you and confirm whether it’s a real emergency or a false alarm. If you don’t respond, the alarm monitoring service contacts the proper agency to dispatch emergency personnel to your address.
Our comprehensive security system offers additional features, such as immediate alarms, which do not depend upon a confirmation call, or silent alarms (also called duress alarms) that don’t alert intruders to the SOS call.
For example, a smoke detector event will prompt our monitoring services to contact the fire department, while the signal from a medical alert pendant will be routed to ambulance or paramedic services.

ALARM VALIDATION
We help you create a secure chat group with your trusted contact list so that when our monitoring center receives a signal, members in your group chat can text one another in the chat to figure out what is going on and determine if emergency dispatch in needed.
VIDEO VERIFICATION
When a signal is sent to our monitoring center a short clip of the event that triggered an alarm is sent to the operator. The clip helps our central station operator confirm or dismiss the alarm quickly and reduces false alarm dispatches.
